DLS bonus - Scavenger Hunt!!!

So, I have a couple of keeners in the crew, BEGGING for the Scavenger Hunt.  You ask, I provide...

The Scavenger Hunt will work like this.

In the last workshop we covered how the way you put your picture together can give not only aesthetic appeal but give context or clarify the message.  Incorporating the elements we covered (repetition, perspective, Rule of Thirds, lines and curves, etc.) your challenge is to put together a series of images that illustrate conceptual themes.

First and foremost, remember this is a Scavenger Hunt.  That means you aren't creating, but finding these images in your environments - your home, your office, your backyard, etc.  Secondly, because it's not about the camera, you can use whatever camera you have handy - P&S, video stills, your dSLR, your phone, your kids' waterproof shower cam... it's all fair game.  Lastly, when you post your images on your blog, mix the order up and DO NOT identify either the elements in your composition OR the theme.  I'll tell you why later.  You have TWO WEEKS to get your images collected, and I will post instructions for Part II on February 24th, 2011.

Without further ado:

Balance
Isolation
Busy
Powerful
Painful
Odd
Perfect
Ugly
Fresh
Deviant

Happy Hunting!

I am still in collection mode for the scavenger hunt...can we keep going past the 24th deadline? I am finally getting caught up with the weekly assignments, though!
